Mujeebur Rahmansaher founded UPP with a clear goal: bring the business of entertainment production into one connected platform. Drawing on experience in IT consulting, enterprise architecture, and hands-on software development, he has delivered complex systems for media and production organizations.

That experience shaped UPP's approach to connecting talent, onboarding, production operations, payroll, payments, business affairs, and reporting. His vision is to help production teams and service providers carry work from one stage to the next without rebuilding information across disconnected tools.

As Founder & CEO, he leads UPP's company strategy, product vision, and technical direction. He stays close to the engineering and operational details, with a focus on practical automation, dependable workflows, and UPPilot AI that helps teams understand their work and make informed decisions.

Operations and revenue leader with deep experience scaling businesses in entertainment and advertising. He previously served as COO and CRO at The TEAM Companies, helping grow it into an industry-scale payroll and talent services business prior to its acquisition in 2022.

Earlier, he was Global CIO at McCann Worldgroup, giving him a strong lens on data, systems, and how large creative organizations actually run day to day.

As Chairman, he leads company strategy, go-to-market, and customer success—making sure implementations, support, and partnerships match the expectations of enterprise production teams.

Global finance executive with decades of experience across entertainment services and consumer brands. She was Global CFO at The TEAM Companies, overseeing financial strategy and operations as the business scaled.

Before that, she spent sixteen years at Red Bull, including as CFO of North America and as Global EVP of Internal Management Advisory—experience in multi-country reporting, disciplined growth, and high-volume operational finance.

At UPP she leads finance, corporate development, and the financial infrastructure behind the platform so customers and investors see transparency, sustainability, and long-term trust.

Entertainment technology and operations leader with decades of experience across talent payments, payroll workflows, software development, and production-services infrastructure.

At The TEAM Companies, he led strategic technology and operational management, including internal and client-facing systems, billing operations, and web-based client tools for advertising and entertainment customers.

As partner and COO, he strengthens UPP's operational and technology perspective, helping align payroll, compliance, and production workflows with the realities of enterprise entertainment teams.
